​At Bright Soul Wellness Center we provide general care for the whole family, including preventative care, treatment for chronic conditions, and acute illness with walk-in appointments accepted as the schedule permits. We also specialize in creating individualized care plans for patients seeking help with mental health concerns, weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy. We offer DOT physicals, pre-employment, school & sports physicals as well as general screening services and initial care for minor acute injuries. We are also excited to provide on-site visits for local employers, assisted living facilities, and home visits for patients that are home-bound.
